Content delivery is one of the most critical aspects of developing a successful online learning experience. At SIMA – Swiss International Management Academy, we understand that content is the foundation of every academic program. The way content is delivered significantly impacts student engagement, satisfaction, and success. As a fully online institution, SIMA provides comprehensive digital learning designed to accommodate students’ diverse schedules and learning preferences. Our programs include multiple hours of asynchronous instruction each week, accessible via the Internet. Instruction includes interactive discussions, assignments, readings, projects, and assessments.

Technology Requirements

Once a student is enrolled at SIMA, the only tools they need are a personal computer and a reliable internet connection. Our eLearning platform is accessible globally, 24/7. Each student receives a unique username and password to securely log in to their personalized learning dashboard within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Maintaining strong student-teacher relationships is a priority at SIMA. While the digital environment changes the dynamics of these relationships, our goal is to ensure they remain equally – if not more – effective and supportive than traditional classroom settings.

Response Time / Online Communication

At SIMA, we value timely communication and support. When a student posts a query or sends a message, instructors respond within 24 hours, including on weekends. For assignments and assessments requiring grading and feedback, the response time is 48 hours.

We encourage students to maintain regular contact with their instructors. In addition to email support, students may request discussion sessions for further clarification. Instructors will schedule meetings via live chat, phone, or even in person (if requested and feasible). Every academic discussion is followed up with a written summary, which is shared with the student via email for clarity and reference.
