Technology Requirements

Once enrolled, learners only need a personal computer and a reliable internet connection. Our online platform is accessible worldwide, 24/7. Each learner receives a secure username and password to access their personalized dashboard within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Maintaining strong learner-instructor relationships remains a key priority for SIMA. Although the digital environment changes how interactions take place, our goal is to ensure communication stays effective, responsive, and supportive throughout the learning journey.

Response Time / Online Communication

SIMA maintains a clear communication policy to support learners effectively. When a learner submits a question or message, instructors respond within 24 hours, including weekends. For assignments and assessments requiring evaluation, the feedback timeline is 48 hours.

Learners are encouraged to stay in regular contact with their instructors. Along with email support, learners may request discussion sessions for additional clarification. Instructors may schedule these sessions via live chat, phone, or—when possible—in person. Every discussion related to the program is followed by a written summary shared via email for clarity and future reference.
