Students are also responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and suitable devices for online study.

 

5. Academic Integrity

Academic integrity is fundamental to maintaining the quality and reputation of our programmes.

Students must submit original work and acknowledge all sources appropriately. Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of information, unauthorised collaboration, misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI), or submitting another person’s work are considered academic misconduct and may result in disciplinary action.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lectures, videos, learning resources, assessments, publications, logos, trademarks, and website content remain the intellectual property of Swiss International Management Academy or the respective copyright owner.

Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from SIMA.

 

7. Fees and Payments

Students are responsible for paying tuition fees and any applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms issued by SIMA.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of access to academic services, assessments, transcripts, certificates, or graduation until outstanding balances have been settled.

 

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect throughout their studies.

Students must:

  • Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students respectfully.
  • Use appropriate language in all communications.
  • Follow SIMA’s professional regulations and institutional policies.
  • Respect diversity and maintain a positive learning environment.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, threats, or misuse of SIMA’s online platforms may result in disciplinary action.
