5. Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of information, unauthorised collaboration, misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI), or submitting another person’s work are considered academic misconduct and may result in disciplinary action.

All course materials, lectures, videos, learning resources, assessments, publications, logos, trademarks, and website content remain the intellectual property of Swiss International Management Academy or the respective copyright owner.
Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes.

7. Fees and Payments
